Everything starts with a first honest and open conversation and a visit at the construction site. Based on the measurement, we draw the plans of the existing situation and design a preliminary design inspired by the intrinsic qualities of the site and the building, all in close dialogue with you.
We then draw up the established project and compile the report for the building application. Once this has been achieved, we will prepare the implementation file and request the price quotations. Based on this, the budget is adjusted, the contractor is indicated and the site planning is made. We have an extensive portfolio of good contractors with whom we work smoothly and conscientiously. We follow the yards from A to Z and pay particular attention to the quality and durability of the materials and techniques.
